Preventing Headache From Prolong Computer Usage
Working in front of a computer for a prolong period of time can result into eye strain which also leads to headache. Below are some tips to prevent headache from continous usage of the computer.

Since the eyes is a very sensitive organ and cannot withstand very bright light, the light (brightness) on the computer screen should be adjusted.
Repositioning your computer is another way to prevent/reduce computer lights from entering into the eyes. Make sure to place computer about 20 — 40inches away from the eyes.
Just as the body needs rest, the eyes also needs rest from prolong work in front of a computer. Make sure to take work breaks at different intervals.
Ensure proper lightning of the room of work place as this will help prevent and reduce rays of light from your computer screen. Lastly, always have a regular eye check.
