L-theanine - this may be the cure for your anxiety
This relatively unknown amino acid has been found to be extremely helpful in bringing calm to those that have frequent anxiety. You can use it regularly like twice a day or on an as needed basis.
Many of my patients are finding it very helpful to get off their anxiety medications with L-theanine.
