This in-door-frame exerciser bar for chinups or pull-ups is simply amazing. Chimpanzees have ten times the muscle power than humans do, its from all that swinging around. Humans spend 75 % of their time SITTING , this sedentary lifestyle is literally killing people ! ! !

Now another thing very briefly, as people get more unhealthy they tend to visit and intact more with government sanctioned drug dealers. Now legally I probably cannot say who these drug dealers are but you would probably know them as a large assortment of pill makers.

All these pills are tested and retested, but how many tests do you figure are done to see how " snake oil A " interacts when taken with " snake oil B " etc. This is serious business and worth hundreds of billions of dollars , but of course all these stakeholders only have your best interests at heart . . .

Sometimes some things are good like epilepsy or blood pressure things but much is just marketing , so you are best advised to try and avoid these government sanctioned drug dealers ; just my opinion is all. So now we are trying to avoid this money making enterprise of scams what can we do ?

This is " The Dangler of Effort " , jogging damages the joints , situps waste your time and never burn belly fat , weights are just silly and inefficient ! ! ! Lifting and moving your own body weight of 175 pounds will get you super strong , this renewed muscle will then clean out the toxins and burn off excessive calories ; guaranteed ! ! !

Here is my 300 second exercise program ; revisited . . .

Briefly 60 seconds of pushups,
60 seconds of arm dips,
60 seconds of leg squats,
60 seconds pullups,
60 seconds of leg raises . . .

Just try to do a micro bit of effort, then a tiny bit of effort, then a small bit of effort and build up your upper body muscles again, these upper body muscles will burn extra calories and clean your life up naturally ! ! !

This is just 5 minutes per day, I also like to do " inverted rows " these are where you lie down and grab the rope knots and pull yourself upwards.

Today people no longer need fear old age ; today your health is not about dying , its about the quality of life you will have from your health status. Everyone can do something for a few minutes each day ; after all it is about 0.01 percent of your daily time allowance.

Its your choice do something about your health and fitness or be guaranteed diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, heart vessel disease, osteoporosis ; blah , blah , blah . . . OK lie detector time ; you must answer honestly , once the money makers get their hands on you can you truly say their aim is to make you fit and healthy ???

It is your life , your health , your lifestyle , your money , your relationships ; truly are you just going to ignore your responsibilities and hand it all over to some random unknown person to manage and advise you...
