I don’t know I think that ketosis still has so many benefits in the sense of brain power and switching to ketones as a mitochondrial fuel source, but you hit the nail on the head that the inate cravings kick in and it can be overwhelming and then you just waste the past few days getting into It and blah blah blah so I think if you can hit a nice equilibrium between the two then that’s the sweet spot!! Nice post btw love a bit of carb talk

Yeah, I think the problem with keto is that 90 percent of people fall off the wagon. Also, there are lots of other reasons to favor plant-based diets. Of course, you can do low-carb without eating a lot of animal protein or even any, but that's really tough.
