Chest Pain

Have you ever experience heartburn? You might think that you’re having a heart attack. If it happens to you, you might panic. Well that’s normal, it really is painful, the best thing to do is to consult your Doctor. Series of test should be done for sure. And if results were normal, Doctor might confirm that you have or you suffer from heartburn due to GERD. Have you heard of it? I’m not a doctor but I’ll try to share what I’ve learned about it :-)

What is heartburn?

Simply, Chest Pain. It was like there is something burning from your stomach to your chest, sometimes up to your throat. Every move you make you’ll feel the pain. Pain can be lessen or removed with OTC Medicines. But if is due to GERD you need prescription from Doctors.

I am not exempted with that disease. I’m suffering for many years already, but it’s okay, there are medicines for that :-)

You can avoid that, there are several things that you should and shouldn’t do.
