Why are olive oil and avocados considered healthy despite their high concentration of omega 6 fatty acids?
Omega 6 is inflammatory because it competes with healthy omega 3 and can be considered as an anti omega 3.
I heard that there is only less inflammatory and more inflammatory, and not such a thing as inflammatory.
Then I also saw inflammatory indices with negative and positive values indicating that there is an absolute level of inflamatoriness.
I also read that Eskimos whom get too high a ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 suffer or are more prone to inflammation, in contrary to the common belief about omega 3.
