Mediterranean Zucchini Noodles
Heat the oil during a giant cooking pan over medium-high heat. Add the tomatoes and garlic and stir till tomatoes have softened, concerning five minutes. Add the remainderof the ingredients aside from the basil and feta and cook another five minutes. Toss the sauce with the zucchini strands and stir within the feta and basil.Heat olive during apan over medium heat. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan and sauté till tomatoes begin to burst (approx. 3-4 minutes). Add zucchini noodles, artichoke hearts, preserved tomatoes, hummus, oregano and wine vinegar to the pan.
