The only way to avoid depression is by avoiding negativity....dont let tge negative vibes take over your mind. It is very brutal for life survival

I have to adamantly disagree with avoiding negativity. By avoiding negativity, you are allowing it to grow unchecked. Negativity must be faced head on with full compassion for self. Life is all about balance, and falling to one extreme or the other will surely lead to detriment. Too much darkness and one can easily lose their way in the night. Too much light and one can easily be blinding by the flash.
If people can understand that happiness and sadness cant live together you may say same for failure and success. Which cause negativity. These are the 2 parts of human life and always remain sideway...if one come other goes away...i belive must maintain a balance of these two to make a happy life.....anything more of the two would be dangerous...either depression or ...nothing
