A couple points of fact:

Really? GMOs block aromatase? That was an interesting idea. I started googling for it, and I came up with this, which suggests that aromatase, rather than being blocked, is being stimulated, resulting in higher levels of estrogens:

So, what gives? Is there evidence that GMOs block aromatase?

.2. You write: "High insulin-an excess of sugar, in turn, triggering a high level of IGF-1 .... Therefore, when you have too much insulin you are going to have a spike of IGF-1 and this is converted to androgens."

?! IGF-1 is not converted to androgens. Do you mean it somehow stimulates androgen production? Maybe. But where is the evidence?

There's no doubt that high insulin levels play a role in PCOS, either as cause or effect or maybe both.

Yes, you are right, thank you for pointing that out and I will edit that now. IGF-1 does stimulate the production of androgen.

I would like to say that I am not a doctor, but I do suffer from PCOS and I therefore conduct research to further understand PCOS in order to help myself.
