I just found this interesting information and I would to share this to all. Is everyone knows the importance of sunlight? many people hates it because they might get sunburn when they walked under the sun without any protection from its sun rays but as per research it has a good benefits to your body. Early morning sun is the best time to absorb sunlight because its not too much hot just spend only at least 10-15 minutes and let your body absorb Vitamin D and yes! sunlight has Vitamin D that is very beneficial to your body.
