7 Steps for a Better Posture

For those who are working in front of computer for about 5 to 8 hours these simple steps will help you to keep a better posture. Have you experiencing back pain and neck pain while doing your job in office? Well actually its because you don’t have a proper posture on sitting while in front of computer. If you’re going to follow these steps for sure you will achieve a better posture. I have a little advice for those who having a difficulty on keeping their back aligned straight you may use or put a pillow at your back to help you achieve a proper alignment for your spine. I’m actually doing this and its really helpful square shape medium sized pillow is better to use also much better if sometimes you stand up and walk for a minute because too much sitting is also not good.
