The Battle Of Weight Gain With Hypothyroidism

For all those medical minds out there, I need help!
I was first diagnosted with Hashimotos Hypothyroidism in 2014, weighing about 135 lbs.
Between then and now I've gained 60 pounds and it's
killing me . Almost litterally, because the more weight I gain, the harder it is for my thyroid to function.
My doctor still hasnt found the right dosage of synthroid for me, and I realize that will help me.
I am interested in information that will help me lose this weight.
Diet suggestions, exercise routines , life style changes . Anything will be appreciated!
