whitelist changes in new superblock (August 5, block #986126, 30h birth time)

Gridcoin users have a new superblock (block 986126, 2017 Aug. 5 23:51:44)    

• this SB was mined by user bryhardt

Whitelist changes in this SB are:

• Enigma is enabled (see poll)
• Sourcefinder is removed again, after 57h (see parallel ongoing poll, and a summary of the situation here)

And again: included the +35% magnitude boost   

• the boost will be, likely, ongoing until the next mandatory  Gridcoin version is released (so probably for 2 weeks to give exchanges,   ... enough time to prepare)

 Why did the mag unit drop?       

•    before the superblock contracts it was between 0.2 and 0.225, see here.
