Colourful Skies - The Explorer's Last Trip of 2017 (Part 2)
Being at the beach during the New Year period was a great plan. All of our family love being down by the beach and we were set for some more time to relax, play in the sand, swim in the sea and enjoy some great food while watching the day go by. For this installment of 'The Explorer's Last trip' I am going to share with you some 'Goldenhour' shots that I captured on 'Had Nang Ram' beach in Sattahip, Thailand. The beach was really busy on the day we went as it was a public holiday and many other pleasure seekers desired the cool vibes of the beach atmosphere.
This particular beach is located within an army base, which meant there were various checkpoints to go through to enter this lovely spot and also creates a very clean beach, as they are on military land and taken care of to a high standard. I held on to try to get my best shots until about 5 pm and onward, as before Golden Hour arrived Junior Explorer and I were busy swimming and splashing around in the sea attempting our best dolphin impressions. So here are my 'Golden Hour' shots from the awesome 'Had Nang Ram' beach.

It was, we moved on to a beach closer to the city at night and everyone was chilling on the beach and setting off fireworks at coutdown, I know where I am going next year for sure!!

Actually until about 5 pm the beach and the water was really busy, so I waited until it was quieter. Unless you are staying at the one resort at the end of the beach you have to pack up about 6 pm, so they can keep it in good condition with no rubbish, which less can be said on the neighbouring mainland beaches of Rayong!
