Actually until about 5 pm the beach and the water was really busy, so I waited until it was quieter. Unless you are staying at the one resort at the end of the beach you have to pack up about 6 pm, so they can keep it in good condition with no rubbish, which less can be said on the neighbouring mainland beaches of Rayong!
