unfortunately there's zero chance in the UK of free silver in circulation...last chance for that was in the late 1980's.
I would imagine that its getting harder to find in the US now also?
In the US it's getting very difficult but still possible
I feel sorry for all you UK peeps out there, heard y'all taxes and paying premiums and half more is ridiculous...hope you all still have slot of gains in the future (crossing fingers) when silver goes up

I think there's going to be massive gains within this next couple of years which will make it all worth it. Most of my silver is capital gains free (as it's UK minted) so should come out OK
Whilst we're still in the EU I'm going to take advantage of a dealer called 'Silver-to-go' which is based in Germany and sells silver 'VAT Free'
I've put in inverted commas as it does still carry VAT but at a drastically reduced rate. Whilst this means I can't just go in a shop and take home the same day, it does save lots of money!!!
About 7 or 8 years ago my husband got a silver quarter as change from a vending machine. He noticed it was not like a regular quarter and looked up the year and discovered it was silver and worth more than .25 That was the start of our investment into silver! We have found a few silver dimes with a metal detector, we did get $100 in quarters and dimes from the bank and went through them to see if we could find any silver, no luck and we only did that once! If we would of found one we probably would of tried again.
Don't get bummed if there are no finds...as long as you have fun doing it and that's much more than an investment lol
