its like ebay in the beginning. its wild wild west. after a while everything will get more controlled etc.

man, what r u talking about? If this content free in the internet, why i cant post it here? There a lot of sites, e.g. fotolia, where u can buy photos and use only for youself. I didnt find any proibition for this photos.
I support u idea to make report button and it will be easy to separate good content from the stolen.
Not saying your a thief or anything like that so don't be getting that idea. Was more a thought as i have seen content showing up that i know was taken from odd sites, mainly pictures etc.
Although it may appear to be free, lets look at youtube... It may be free to watch or share via social media etc, if you download it and re-upload it weather you claim ownership or not its possible for the owners to claim theft of their intellectual property especially if you are profiting off their work without their express permission. Just look at soflo antonio for that one.
Maybe, to solve this problem, steemers should put in the link of the site, where they took that content, till the "report button" wouldnt be made?
yep. thats exactly the problem. you are not allowed to re-use the pictures.

Man, we talk difference but think about the same. I offer you a way to solve the problem till "RB", but you still talking about "prohibitions" to re-use pictures.
Let me tell one thing.
If you want you pictures to be safe, download them to the special sites, such as fotolia.com (in the i-net a lot of such sites) and people will pay money for you pictures and will not let them go to the free use in the internet.
But if pictures are in free use, why i cant re-use them, or you think, me is the first or only one who do it?
Lets finish our dialog at this moment becaus its deadend conversation.

i dont care if you post a compilation of great pictures on steemt. i enjoyed looking at these beautiful models.
I am just saying, that the owners of these pictures might sue you. thats it!

I didnt write that this pictures are mine. I just grouped them for better watching. I think even there are those who are interested in photos of models,
well, usually if you are taking pictures from another site, someone will have the rights on the picture, content.
so if you dont want to be sued, you have to put a link reference to each picture at the bottom of your post, just to be safe.

there is a company i found, which is sueing people if you use pictures which do not belong to you.!!!
