We will all be waiting for updates. Let's hope your frost holds off until September, at least. I've heard of old-timers nicking the underside of the vine and laying it in milk, to really nourish the pumpkin and grow a really giant one. I think that would be a scary thing to do, unless you have a half-dozen or so of these special plants growing. That would be a lot of coddling! ; )
