Your garden truly is beautiful 🌱 I miss my grass clippings too. Now I just use the wood shavings from my coop when I clean it out.
Last year I made steelhead stuffed nasturtiums, they were pretty tasty!

Thank you! Yes, it has been a lot of experimenting, and still is as I add new things each year, but we are determined to truly make it work for us :D

Which gives me an idea! Preparing them like mini stuffed squash blossoms, filled with herbed ricotta, lightly battered and fried!
