Ana's Getaway House~Sims 4
Hi Everyone!
This is the 2nd post of my House and Family series. You can find the first post here.
Do you feel like playing the Sims but don't want to have to build a house before you play or spend the time making a new family? This is a story about one Sim, her family, and house, that are now in the Gallery for any to use. The links to the house and family are at the bottom of this post.
Ana's Story
Welcome to Stanley's and my home.
We need to talk quietly as Stanley is sleeping but then again he is always sleeping! He is a lazy cat he is but he has a heart of gold and loves to follow me around the place while asking for cuddles to make him complacent.
I am a writer by trade but found myself lately not able to concentrate. I needed a break from life all around. I was having troubles coming up with ideas! The more upset I became the more the idea's just fled. It's a heck of a place for a writer to be when all you want is to create your next biggest dream.
I found myself searching for what? I don't know but searching I did every night and day. On the internet, for hours it seemed but my head was blank from all thoughts and ideas.
The more I thought the harder it became to write anything other than my name.
One day when I had had enough I went on a drive to the mountains near me. To look at the trees, to give me hope that there was still beauty in the world all around.
I came to a breathtaking valley in my drive. I got out of the car and rushed to the site. Before me was my dream come true, a tiny house with light all around.
I twirled in place for all to see as I now knew what was holding me.
A place of my own with a view I would die for!
It made all the years of my life drudging away worth every minute of time spent that way.
If I had not worked hard in my young life I would not be able to afford this dream home before me.
I picked up the sale sign and carried it away so no one would be the wiser and steal my dream home away.
I called the realtor and they came pretty quick.
This wonderful house was all mine that day!
I hope I have given you a taste of life that hard work can pay off in the end.
Sometimes we just have to be patient, tho not an easy thing! and all will be reviled in the end.
So come to my mountain and visit when here. I am writing away while my lazy cat sleeps. He is the sweetest child a writer could hope for as he sleeps while I write and then we eat.
Get out of you blue's and come for a treat while I share my mountain view with you.

The Burbs? Underrated movie.
It's from Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead. The Burbs was a way better movie. So was the Man with One Red Shoe.
Oh, that's right. Now I want to watch The Burbs.
Not kidding, I looked it up and am going to watch it tonight. 😂 Guess what? I came in 2nd for Elf contest! I just found out!
Congrats! If I had to do that I would make it as creepy as possible too. At least it would be more fun.

I wish I was going to visit her too! it looks warmer there than where I am LOLL and it was funny cuz Sims came out with free stuff for Australia......not that I live there........for Christmas cuz it's warm there and those Santa's are so cute and have lights in them so I'm having a ball with them :D
Oh, and just so you know.......if you Google Pet the cat, it comes up with Pete the cat! LOLL I was a bit afraid what was going to pop up once I hit enter LOLL
It's cold where I am too! I've been noticing your Santas and I think they're cool! (I don't suppose they have a biker Santa?)
Ha! My youngest daughter LOVES Pete the Cat. (You're smart to be afraid when looking up some of the things I reference.) "Pet the Cat" is a surfing term. I think it's when you're in the wave and you can run your hand along the water.
