Rage 2 Review

Hi guys and welcome to another beautiful day,

Well its already Saturday and it seems the days moving faster and we just around the festive season, meanwhile coin keep dripping at a geometrical rate, well that shouldn’t keep us from our daily activities.

So guys, if you been on my blog for some time, you would have probably noticed I do product hunt mostly these days and most times my hunt are games related hunt, what can I say am a gamer and an opportunity to showcase the community upcoming awesome games or awesome games already available present itself sure I will.

If you not familiar with what product hunt are, aka steemhunt, it works on a principle that after 24hrs, top 100 products that day, that had been reviewed and accepted by moderator will be upvoted by the steemhunt upvoting bot, this is to ensure a good line of products always available there daily.

Well today, going to get a better look at a game I did an hunt on a while back and I must say the anticipation on this game is real as it promise to offer more compared to games we saw so far. but

That been said, all games promises something good and only after they are officially released to the public we get to see if truly they kept their promise.

But before then, we just have to hope that they deliver at least half of what they initial promised.

Lol said half cause expecting more than that would just be increasing my hope on a wide shot and if you a gamer, you probably noticed and said to yourself never will I trust a game yet to be released that they will offer a complete game as to what is shown via their cinematic trailer or test run but once in a while most of them do live up to the expectation let’s just hope this is one of those games.

Rage 2

The game is said to take place thirty years after the original game Rage, a meteor hit the earth and brought friends alongside it, mutants to be precise, you will be playing as the last ranger and I must say the gameplay looks superb.

The initial game Rage, was developed some years back as at then I initially thought it was mad max the game version and never knew the game was titled Rage, it had/has almost same mechanics as the new game which involves first person mode and vehicle combats.

Player were able to move within distance using vehicles and also engaged in combat when presented with those situations, if you watched mad max, chances are, the game won’t look somewhat new to you but rather kind of familiar, most of the weapons available to you on Rage are usually stealth like option which include bows and knife like equipment that could be tossed or shoot, but Rage 2 comes with more and better advance weapons.

These and many more other gameplay could be seen from the original game Rage and yes it was available on all consoles which included playstation, Xbox console and of cause our very own favorite PC gaming.

Rage 2, says to offer the above and much more, players would have a wider campaign mode to battle and it is said to be an open-world game as well, well players could be able to explore and whatever vehicles players could get their hands on could be driven by them, this I consider really awesome, it was actually tag,

If you found it then you can drive it.

Like seriously, how sweet is that.

Like most games we know, we only get to ride or interact with certain vehicles/bikes the developers see fit and crucial to our missions, most time we come across vehicles but unable to interact with them as they would probably add nothing to our mission, making the mission somewhat straight and boring as well.

Although, the gameplay would be somewhat straight forward but then what fun is it if you are able to complete a new game after 24hrs, it becomes somewhat boring and no more map to explore or new game tricks to try out.

Well, one of the reasons I love open-world games.

You are free to explore the map further and see what the game truly has without you failing any mission, you can take the time out to deviate from the road and follow your own road/path xd unlike your normal regular straight boring games.

Rage 2, from what is shown so far, you the last ranger will be following command from like a guide telling you what to steal or where to go.

You will be facing different and more advance enemies unlike the initial game Rage and vehicular combat going to be more intense than what you ever played, with more and better equip vehicles at your disposal.

It seems the game Rage 2 will focus more on a single player campaign mode and map range will be wide enough to ensure players have fun while playing a single player mode.

Yea I know, would have love to see a co-op game as well, if not the main map, but like an additional storyline were players are able to explore in a co-op mode be it a multiplayer or a split-screen mode, well probably multiplayer game become more available than others and we just can’t get enough of them.

Meanwhile, the game will be available on Xbox, Playstation and PC and it said to be released next year 2019.

Till then, let’s have watch the trailer hoping for the best turn-out when release.
