Bubble Witch 3 Saga Review

Simple yet addictive, hi guys and welcome to another beautiful Monday morning.

Well yesterday, ended quite fast as I had no access to come online and my internet connectivity really slow, found myself bored and a little bit annoyed, internet connectivity is a little bit expensive over here and getting a more better and stable one is without say more constantly than the already costly one.

During this time, decided to check my PC start page and I was a little bit surprised with the games installed on my PC, if you probably use win10 you noticed the feature in which users are unable to stop the update service, most times it comes with good programs, other times not so much and it quickly exhaust your data plan if you were connected to a limited one.

Well am always connected to a limited one and have been told to either port back to win7 or 8 but there is something about win10 that keeps me into it, probably the smooth and easy access design, a combination of previous windows well whatever the case is/was don’t intend porting back to win 7 or 8 anytime for now.

As I was saying, decided to check the start menu and I found a not so familiar game installed on my PC, game I had no idea was installed, my frequent program are usually in desktop, so I pay little or no concern as to do what must have been installed before now.

The game I found was Minecraft, bubble witch 3 saga and others.

Minecraft was a no go for me, as I barely understood what was be shown to me and I was not prepared to learn that late, decided to give the bubble witch saga a try and I must say I was really impressed, ended up playing for 2 to 3hrs unlocking and archiving different levels/progress as I played on.

What makes a game good?

• Action parked?

• Brain teaser?

• Adventures

• Graphics?

Well the above makes a good game and more, but what usually capture the gamer is having a storyline, something you play alongside with, an expectation at the end of every level, with the fear of you facing a stronger boss at the end of the current level compared to others.

You probably wondering what a boss have to do with bubble witch as it involves you picking/selecting bubbles to match existing bubbles to rather free or destroy all bubbles, if you played the game tiny toon on saga genesis during boss fight, you see the character jumping and hitting the head of the boss continuously over a period of time until the appropriate and needed damage is done, in which case you see the boss flee, only to fight him at the next level after going through various stages.

Bubble witch saga is similar to that, but rather than hitting the boss on the head, you rather hit and explode bubbles close to him, dealing damage the more the explosion the greater the damage and just like the way the boss flee during tiny toon same thing goes on here.

It comes with three different particular mode which includes

• Clear all bubbles

• Free the ghost and unite with his friends

• Free the owls from their captured bubbles.

Each objective is unique and more complicated than the previous one, has the game progresses, you are given more tools to better finish the game which includes

Blast bubbles, this can be gotten when you going on a bubble destruction rage and also sacrificing some bubbles hoping to get a higher score, the problem with sacrificing your bubble to generate a bubble blast is, your bubble is limited and if the reason you creating a bubble bomb doesn’t work out, you end up losing lot of your bubbles and probably losing the game.

Dull bubbles, this bubbles are colorless as they take the color of the bubble close to it, after detonating the bubble close to it, the dull bubble becomes active and take same color and if they up to three, they combine and explode as usual, most times you get to do more damage with this dull bubble than you would with a bubble blast.

Rays, Limitless to the amount you can use but really destructive, if properly use can create an easy passage to win any stage, this involves you using a ray like option in which, when it comes in contact with any bubble, it destroys in an horizontal line, dealing damage to the first five bubble in a row, you can use it to target a single bubble supporting many or use it to create a passage.

The tools at your disposal are much, am still playing the game and won’t be surprised if I come or collect more weapons along the way.

With the above been said, you probably thinking if that’s all, getting bored will become easy over time, but just like every other game were you earn in game coin to build weapons or upgrade equip, Bubble witch saga have a similar thing but rather than coin it’s called dust which can be gotten as the game progresses, the dust can be used to build house, roads and trees.

My short time playing this game, have been able to build a house, tower alongside it and map out a good road that leads to my house, the best part about this, you can take a snapshot of your house and share online with your friends show casing your progresses.

That’s one of the best part of the game, it’s really competitive between friends, you can either enjoy the fun at your comfort or decide to share your progress with others seeing who ranks highest in terms of game score and others.
