Nonstop Knight - Idle RPG Android Game Review

Hello fellow steemian, i hope you are all having a great time on steemit, because it has been an incredible moment before and after the hike in the price if steem. Today you are all going to read about a wonderful game called nonstop Knight developed by flares games this is a game that can be played by anybody, it is rated +7 which means kids can also play, as it is very easy to play.

Before i do that permit me to give a brief description of my last game review known as kill shot virus developed by hotheads games so stay relaxed have a bowl of pop corn by your side as you read.

Kill Shot Virus is a free to play FPS (First Person Shooter) set in an apocalyptic world where zombies roam through every street, searching for any prey to feast upon. It’s the sequel to Kill Shot Bravo and the 3rd game in the Kill Shot series. While kill shot bravo put you in the shoes of a special ops soldier, this time you play as a survivor in a world overrun by zombies. Developed and published by Hothead Games, let’s take a look at what this zombie shooter has to offer. If you liked Kill Shot Bravo you will probably like Hothead’s latest, Kill Shot Virus. It’s similarly borne, uses a lot of familiar style, but now, players have to contend with dastardly, swarming, hungry zombies.

Introduction

In nonstop Knight you will need to slay the undead, in other to earn more money so as to be able to upgrade weapons. By doing this there will be enough funds to buy up his stats so as to be able to defeat the boss.

Nonstop Knight is a clicker game from flaregames, and if you are the type that don’t like clicker games it is advisable to skip this game.
Nonstop Knight graphics is impressive, the battle animations is eye catching, the characters and the dungeons. Everything here looks crisp and rich, from the protagonist to the blasts and jumps, and slashing swords. The sound score is good enough to provide the extra immersion effect, but it’s not sickeningly catchy.

Gameplay

Nonstop Knight is a kind of funny game in which the character dashes through the levels of the dungeons, to which there seems to be no end. He runs and fights automatically. As there is limit to control his direction, nor his fighting frenzy, all you can do is activate a special ability and upgrade his weapon, armor and magic skills when you have enough coins. The only thing your knight can not do automatically is fight a boss.

This is where you will need to time the usage of special skills, revive potions, additional spending, if needed. You can play this game and relax a lot, all you need to be cautious of is the way the game currency is been spent so as to be able to defeat the boss easily.
If you are on tight schedule but still like to play game without paying so much attention to the game , then I will say nonstop knight is a perfect game for you. Your knight keeps fighting when you’re not playing the game. Launch the game, close your device and let it sleep, and your knight will keep clearing the dungeons for you.

Ascension

Ascension is one of the intriguing features in Nonstop Knight I think I need to mention that. Ascension in nonstop knight is an built features in the game that to enable speedy closure of missions, passing all levels within the blink of an eye, is this not quiet an amazing feature for a game. It ups your knight’s stats when you use it, but it may also sends him to dungeon level number one.
You may like to ascend your knight, since it is a tedious task of repeating the same levels over and over again. It is not that critical though as your knight can do all this at the background. Sometimes, you unlock a chest with a speed up potion. Drink it and fast-forward the battling a few levels. When under this potion, your knight fights the boss, too.

However, the bad part about ascension is you will lose all the gear you’ve unlocked in your previous run. I think this is not what any player will likely want. The first levels grant you basic chests with basic ammo and weapon. The further you advance, the better loot you get.

You spend tons of coins to upgrade it, so losing it after ascension is not a good feeling. So you have to think twice before any form of ascension.
Upgrades, Skills

What you can upgrade in the nonstop knight game are – weapon, armor, magic cloak. Funny enough the weapon use in nonstop knight can be anything ranging from sword fish to shovel, or katana. Sadly, a two-star shovel is better than a one-star katana. The knight will only have access to a sword at the beginning. The magic cloak is also an amazing features of nonstop knight. The ammo is mainly helmets with different stat boosters. Some say upgrading it is worthless because it shows no immediate effect on the fighting abilities of the knight. It’s not entirely so. The cloak ups the stats of your special skills, the three buttons at the bottom.

Now, these special abilities have several upgrade stages added to them, you will be able unlock each upgrades as you advances in game play. The upgrades come as runes, and you can switch between them if you like some particular ability or how they work together. These abilities also remain upgraded after ascension.

Aside from that, there are gems, tokens, and potions. While you get a potion as a gift from the mystery chest.so also is the ability to earn extra coin just by watching videos ads. You are likely to earn a few gems for completing each missions. Revive potions are mostly good in a situation when you need a few more seconds to defeat a boss. Is this is not an amazing features? Of cause it is. Although there are situation when you will need two revives for each boss, I will say at this point you are seriously under-scored.

Replayability

From what you have been reading so far, I don’t think I still have to say anybody can play this game, since it is an auto play, all you just need is to focus on the upgrades buying of gems, and other essential part of the game. Game difficulty is not an issue at all as kids can also play the game. Its replay value is very good, and you may find yourself completely trap playing this game, as this is an addicting clicker fun game.

In Nonstop Knight n there is always a new gimmick which is added to the scene, of which is what make the game to be fun. You can make a clones of yourself which will be capable of fighting by your side, you can also have a healing clone. This way, you knight has a party. His special abilities are spectacular and provide enough visual variety to keep tapping the buttons. The enemies come in different variety, some are very ugly and creepy like mugs.

IAPs (In App Purchases)

There are IAPs (In App Purchases), but that of Nonstop Knight is not too aggressive. Note the video ads are optional, as you can choose to play the game without game. It will get to a point when ascending you will start getting bores of using ascending as the game will become too easy. You may also like to buy a pack of gems. Lol! But don’t be surprise when you get to another set of dungeons and you start coming across different boss which may look quiet impossible to defeat, believe me or not you will be force you will be forced to make use of the ascension features again. One more thing you may find yourself doing is watching frequent video ads while you let the game play itself. To round this up make use of ascension features until you finally defeat the boss and move on.

The Verdict

Nonstop knight is a time killer game, but it’s a game done perfectly right for those that don't like been stressed when playing game. One of the amazing features that make the game to be quiet lovely is the amazing features of offline playing ; it looks good; it’s addicting beyond any expectations. Even with little game control you might still end up coming back for more game play, as the game manages to reward you enough to keep coming back for more.

To me Nonstop Knight is quite a fun and interesting game to play of which will always make you come back for more. So downloading and playing the game is almost not an option.
The action sequences are the biggest initials draw of this game, the game developer make an excellent choice in term of the game title because it perfectly fit in. It pops off early, continuously and practically in an endless manner.
It features an honorable knight in a leveled environment, tasked with fighting a host of baddies.
The knight roams from section to section, busting on enemies of numerous types, looking to take out as many as possible while collecting coin. Valuable XP is also earned, and potentially other goodies as well. It is just a continuous wave of battles and leveling all on its own.

It is advisable to make use of the goodies collected in the game to improve game play, like buying packs of gem. The weapons have to be continually upgraded to deal with the hordes that become more sophisticated with every round. One cool aspect is the way the has the bosses set out; the player can choose when to take them on; if one is successful, the game goes on. If one is beaten by a boss, one can keep doing “regular” fighting to shore up coins to make one’s character a bit more effective enough to defeat the boss after gathering enough resources to effectively in achieving that.
There are also “runestones” that can be collected, and these are related to the “skills” which cover offensive and defensive moves. Runestones are generally a function of leveling up, and there are crates to open up. It runs like a self-operating RPG, and all one has to do is manage it. There is an “ascend”
There are strategies one can employ, especially in the battles. For instance, one can deploy a skill or two in order to make a particular battle go easier.
Looks-wise, it a fun, with bubbly characterizations, engaging sounds and matching animations.
After reading and playing this game it is if no doubt that you may end up falling in love with the game 😆, but as one goes on, one might feel a bit of monotony set in; it is a lot of the same. Still, for a game that is fairly self-contained and has no real forced need for the available in-app purchases, it rocks.

Conclusion

The game has been made in such a way that anybody can play that is why, it is rated +7. If you are not ready to get stressed while playing game nonstop Knight is the game for you. The graphics and sounds is amazing, not bad for a running 🏃 game. Although you may get stuck playing the game over and over again. The ascension of the game is there to make you keep playing. So have fun while playing.
