Playing Wing Commander 3
Anyone and I mean anyone who was into PC gaming should remember this classic. With all of the star wars hype you wouldn’t know that Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) dipped into sci-fi again; much unnoticed.
The game even made a spin-off movie, but I am not going to try to remember that garbage. The game was revolutionary in terms of using live actors and CGI for its time. The game unfolded much like a space drama. When battlestar galactica came out, I got the Wing Commander feel coming back.
Only reason why I felt like posting this is because I saw a steemit user by the name of a Chis Roberts. The game went on to make a few sequels, but none were as dramatic and “game changing”
as the original. If you have a DosBox I’m sure you can grab this game and give it a go. Obviously it’s dated, but many space sims are just copy-cats in my opinion.
