Are you a shooting, role-playing, platforming, fighting, strategy forming gamer? Do you enjoy spending countless hours exploring a virtual world, and also spending even more countless hours playing with your friends online? Do you also enjoy sharing your gaming experiences? If so we at the @gaming-trail would very much like to read about them. Not only will we read your gaming posts, you will also gain our support by following our guidelines. By having our support your posts will be recommended by us to other users, and curators.
There is much more to this then just voting. We the @gaming-traill want to build a Gaming community here on steemit, and we want all the gamers to be apart of this community. Our team will work day, and night in order to make sure this comes to fruition.

These guidelines are meant to help you improve your posting quality, they are also optional. But they will assure that you get support from the @gaming-trail.
Original Content
When someone writes a game review, or talks about a certain game. We appreciate it when people use content that the person writing the post created such as; screenshot that the person writing the post actually got from in the game, and videos that the person writing the post also created as well.
Accurate Tags
If your post is about gaming make sure it is tagged properly. Whenever you get ready to tag your post make sure you type "gaming", so that your post will have a better chance at being noticed by the @gaming-trail.
Citations
Make sure that if you use an image, or video that does not belong to you that you give that site credit. If something is copied, or plagiarized then that post will not be curated by us. Also let us know in your post that you are using your own images, or videos.
Formatting
Use markdown to format your posts, and give your post a personal touch. This will help your posts stand out, and will be noticed by our curators and the rest of the steemit community.
Good Grammar
If you are a decent writer then put that skill to good use. If you use good grammar, and spelling then your posts will have a better chance of being noticed.
These are just recommendations to consider. In order to get your posts noticed. If you need any help please let us know. Also these are not strict rules to fallow, and there are no negative consequences for not doing so they are just meant to help you.
Join Our Curating Trail
If you regularly post about gaming, or like to read posts in this topic. If so please consider joining our curation trail. The more people that fallow us will increase that amount of rewards for the post that we vote on. Also this will give steem power to our followers as well.
We do not have a set number of posts that we are going to vote on per day, but we will try and vote on as many posts as possible.

Every week we will post an update on what's going on with our trail such as; changes, curation, and our progress. We will also let you know about any upcoming community events. If you have any ideas for community engagement please let us know.

I don't game anymore, but I have some good stories from when I did. The thrill of the dice is no longer there, but the stories remain!!
