The STEEM Community Bankrolled Casino "Steem-Roller" Project Teaser!
Last year I set out to create our communities very first "user bankrolled" casino in the form of a 1% dice game, which pits gamblers against a cryptographic secured RNG (random number generator) as they attempt to guess if the roll will be higher or lower than the target number they set. Below is a little teaser GIF showing the application in action.. Enjoy!
The recording above was taken this morning and shows an incomplete site and GUI, the final site may look different / more polished. This early site teaser may not accurately represent the final product. Will release more teasers and info as it comes up.
Currently working on the deposit and withdrawal systems and integrating Steem Connect for an alternative means of login.. No ETA on launch yet but it's far closer to completion than it was a few months ago! If you're interested in getting on the beta testing team let me know.
While still a fair amount of work and testing to be done on the Steem-Roller project it's beginning to get to the point I'm almost ready to do some closed beta testing. This service won't be launched until I'm 110% sure that no bugs or expliots exist in the code.. When you're dealing with the funds of others the LAST thing you want is some hacker finagling their way into your database and cleaning out your account... Damn hackers!
When the site goes live it will introduce a new investment vehicle for STEEM usersm allowing them to invest in the sites bankroll with leverage.. Between the 1% house edge and the law of large numbers profit in the long term is almost guaranteed for investors! The site will likely launch STEEM token only but later introduce SBD as well. Stay tuned folks!
