Steemit Logo - Take 3
Good Morning!
My name is @nonameslefttouse The Writer/Artist Himself. For nearly three months I have been hard at work attempting to recreate the Steemit logo.
And I SUCK!
Three! Simple! 'S' Things!
Not happening!
I promised myself I wouldn't trace! I've been saying that since day one! This thing is hard!
I stayed up all night... AGAIN!
Fuh...

Sorry about that. I just had to take the dog outside so he could do his duty. I guess it was a false alarm though...

How in thee actual bleep am I supposed meet a bleeping deadline when I have to be on my dog dam hands and knees wiping up your beep all day! Tomorrow I'm taking you to the pound and trading you in for a bleeping cat! At least they know where to beep. You bumhole! Don't give me that look!

In Conclusion
Awww poor bleeping doggy gonna get replaced by a cat, until ya smell the bleeping crap (oops, bleep)..Lol, I can't even keep a straight face while typing this. But the stinking typos I keep fixing (due to my gosh darn keypad missing every other letter I tap), are really getting on my nerves. But that is a story for another day :-) .Now back to your artistic stuff. At least you tried right? They say practice makes perfect.. Thanks for the laugh medicine @nonameslefttouse

bleepingproblems! Practice does make perfect! You should see my stack of thanks for participating awards. Those are a sure indication of progress.BL*&#ps with lines through them-- those must have been some very bad words.
There's a good 'S' in InSanity that you nailed already, maybe with some photoshop, crop it, and just triple it? It's the wrong color though, that gets complicated.

I did it!
Thanks for that-- I have photoshop on an old mac, someone gave it to me so I had to learn all I could just noodling with it. It was always frustrating when I was doing tasks knowing that there was a real way to do things, and then my clunky way of doing the simplest tasks. I do recognize the giant 'pixel' effect, that's reminiscent of some of my attempts at enlarging things!
For that one I took a screenshot of the actual 'S' from your comment, then cropped the screenshot a few times with the cheapest windows program I could find. Then I used MSpaint to blow it up about 1000x. Then I threw those in one of my big boy toys and pretended to be a maniac with a crayon. Started messing with a few layers, then flattened it all. Then I selected and cut a color away which gave it the chopped up appearance, wrote on it like a little kid and DONE.
I remember the clunky days well. Just like riding a bike. I was still quite fast at it.

I put the I in quit today...as in

Bob saget LOL, nothing is funnier than turets...except to the ones who suffer from it, Apologies for being insensitive turets people! I voted this without opening it yesterday, because yesterday I was so bleeping exhausted I can't believe I managed the post I put up. Head hit pillow and z's commenced, along with some really strange yet exciting dreams. Action movies all night long, unsurprisingly I woke up still tired. And the first thing I saw when I opened steemit is I left the N out of 'known' in my title...many hours with a title that sounded slightly illiterate, maybe I did well because people thought I was foreign in which case my English would be pretty damned good.
