4 o’clocky WHY AM I NOT REALLY HONEST, THAT KID IS A MONSTER!!
Some time ago I’ve written about the ‘best’ time to submit a blogpost so you’ll receive worldwide exposure.
I came up with the term 4 o'clocky and I thought this might be a great idea to make a blogpost every day at 4 o'clock local time with this title. Every day I’ll submit a blogpost about something that keeps me busy and is important enough to share so Lets blog on, here we go!
This My 4 o’clocky for today..
Why am I not brutually honest ?
That dave was a busy, ill-mannered and cheeky child. I will take you into todays dilemma ......
You know, every afternoon when I am patiently waiting in front of the schoolyard fence until my darlings come out of their school, and i have planned a nice quiet afternoon of reading a magazine or a piece of work for @needleworkmonday's upcoming #needleworkmonday upcycle challange it happens.........
I already see My youngest running, jacket crooked, half open bag and calling :
MAM, Mom, Mom, I know we have agreed not to have a playdate today but Mom can Dave come play with My Lego? Please please please ...?
In the midst of all the other mothers it is difficult to temper such enthusiasm, and normally I encourage a little enthousiasm but not today!!!
NOT TODAY..... but than the puppy eyes appear🤨 so I melt and I am going for thr playdate anyway.
Oh No I am trying once more to convince him otherwise......
But darling mama had agreed with you that we would not do it today, agree on that? We would do some shopping today and then nothing, Mom wants to read quietly.
Yes, but mommm pleaseeeeeeeee! Two puppy eyes still look at me and I hear the mum behind me say; Dave so much likes to play with your Son, he is always so full of joy When he was with you...
Yes, I understand that! I have lovely Sons, 2 great dogs, a nice home and ALOT of Candy! But It is always at Our house 😬 I say nothing and after 3 minutes I'm going to answer.....
Yes, dear, no problem Mum leaves her Nicely prepaired needleworkmonday piece and that magazine in the closet and Will read it next week. I agree with the mother that the date is ok and that I Will drop her sweetheart off after 2,5 hours.
WOW 2.5 hours later, what the h.... just happened? She is going to do something for herself she says with the greatest smile in the whole schoolyard and I just look beat 😬 and sigh ... very very deeply.
We go home and that sweetie of that other mother is slowly changing into a small fire-breathing dragon that knows NO rules. After 25 warnings and the necessary looks my own child has also turned into a dragon.
Fortunately it is time and I now drive with the boys to the mother of this dragon and I will say that this child is a busy, ill-mannered and cheeky kid and that he does not have to come and play anymore !!!
But no .... When i drop him off. He is his sweet Nice and polite childself again, he gives me a hug and says nicely : Thank you for playing and a have nice weekend madame!
His mother is proud of it. My chin dropped on the Floor. Why dont I tell his mum the truth.
Because I am a whimp, a great mum, but a whimp! I am not going to say that I think of her Son like he is beast off a Son. I will try to come up with just another excuse! Because you know what My Son had a great afternoon and smiles at me and says he loves me....... I BELIEVE HIM

Between 3-5 is the best time. I think early morning blogs Will not be seen as much as the afternoon ones. But its Kind off a mystery. With Steemify the app I See everything I want to See. Do you know that app??
Yes, I have it installed it too... But it is sending me all notifications 4 times :-)
As for the timings, I’ve started using Steempeak, and it has a scheduling option. I’m thinking about starting to use that too ;-)

face to face it is hard to be blatant. these days we tend to save our vitriol troll spirit for social media... its easier to be brutal when you dont need to look someone in the eye.
so really not telling that other mum what a shit her kid was is a strange keep the peace duty. as no parent will take well to being told there kid has the hellfire inside.

Me and Sulty are like steemit besties. We both found each other in our first month and have been haunting each others blogs since. I seek real people here on steemit and it dont get much realer than Mr. Papper.

No one Will like to know that the hellfire broke out at My home. On one hand its like haveing a Nice ( busy and loud ) playdate for My own offspring but the child needs to be aware off rules and I dont like that I have to ve the one to raise that awareness! On the other hand now I wont let them play anymore. I have to come up with a suttle way to tell that he was a bonfire in My house. I would like the mums Where My little precious was playing to tell me if something was wrong at the playdate. Thats Why I was amazed about My soft swuizy side yesterday 😬😬

Yep, so true. But the child stays that way because he cannot be told That his behaviour is wrong but for now this was ok and we Will See next time off to a great Free weekend 💃💃

I was going to do some mowing but it's been raining all night so I will mostly be on steemit and Mrs. J works all day Saturday but is off Sunday.
What season are you guys in? is the weather good enough to cook outside? like in the outdoor oven or grill?
Well its still Kinda Nice about 16 degrees C but alot of storm and rain. But we do bbq outside once in a while under a little roof. In this man-household gotta EAT MEAT 😂 we got 4 really different seasons even snow and ice in december
oh well that sound wonderful brittandjosie! I love the different seasons and if you have a covering you can almost do BBQ in all the seasons right?
YES and I like the bbq in the winter better cold weather heat from the barby alot off friend and family AND WINE
