Not sure if that is the real name
of this stone. It was found in northern
California many years ago.
This rock has as many different
faces like my chihuahua lol
Do you have a favorite side of
this single stone?
There are some interesting patterns
going on, rock geometry.
Might be cool to cut into
little slabs, tho it is nice as is.
There is this crevasse that needs
looking into, tiny crystals inside.
Around the rock goes.
Happy #fridaysrock!

Very nice! I know the white part would be quartz....
It looks like a Jade exploding frozen in time!

Thank you very much 💎 @rockhounds!!
Think it might be timewarped exploding jade?
Might be worth a lot :-)
Awesome rock tag info!
Yes, it's quartz and jasper, but the quartz crystals are bigger than chalcedony so not sure if it could be considered a jasper agate. I think it would cut some beautiful slabs from which someone could cab with. That is always the problem though, leave it as is or take a chance cutting it...
Thank you very much @rt395 for this information!
Yeah I'm always debating about having someone
cut some of these rocks. Especially the petrified
stump, it is getting too big to lift lol
Such a cool rock! It looks like it broke apart and maybe quartz filled in the gaps. Very pretty!!
Thank you for sharing using the #fridaysrock tag.
Thank you so much ❤ @nat-expressions!
It does doesn't it, down in the rock soup
pockets :-)
You are most welcome, sure love your

Thank you very much ❤ @nelinoeva! :-)
It's one thing to look at this same rock
on my desk and then to zoom in on the
photos of it, really amazing the patterns.
Thank you so much for the tip!

It reminds me of a curled up cat with orange and white spots. I didn't have my glasses on when I saw the first photo and had to look closer to realize it was a rock. It definitely has many faces!
It does kinda look like a cat! A pretty calico
with a paw print on one of the angles :-)
Thank you ❤ @hamethiel!
