Hi, I'm Adam and I'll be introducing new and exciting Steemians to the community. The Fresh Five account was set up by Mike, who'll be working towards creating and administering Fresh Five competitions and contests to help kick start our brand new friends and get them involved in the community.

Here's our Fresh Five for the 1st of Feb!

To kick us off, we have Toni & Franzi who are from Germany but have quit their jobs and are traveling the world. It's the kind of story that we all dream about but these crazy cats are actually doing it and hopefully taking us along for the journey! It's super exciting and I can't wait to see what they post next!

Next we have Hussein who comes from the harmonious state of Kwara in Nigeria . He's a web developer and graphic designer who is working hard to improve his community through digitalisation. He helps run workshops and seminars to help teach the next generation about coding... a worthy vocation indeed!

Our Fresh Five middle child is Geoff who is on a bike in every photo! Coming to us like from 1960s Northern England, he currently resides in Thailand. He's traveled the world in the cheapest ways possible and has lived to tell the tale.. something I hope he intends to blog about... I'm sure everyone is excited to hear the stories and learn how motorbiking around the globe for $12,000 is possible.

We'd love to introduce Roquita who is 30 years old and living in the Phillipines. She actually worked in Japan as a baker for a year and was able to afford to buy a house for her family, so that's exciting. Her husband has introduced her to Steem, she's still not sure about it all so hopefully a warm welcome can convince her to stay!

Lastly we have Gabriel who looks like a cheery chap. We're not super sure where he's from, but he seems to work in construction, the dude with the walkies behind him doesn't look super impressed. Probably because he wasn't in the Fresh Five. Gabriel likes to play both online and offline games, and likes to travel... all the things we like to read about.
