This means the brain sets up a vibration in the body to create energy, movement.
If your brain is capable of that, what Else is it capable of?
Remember vibration is frequency; therefore, when you put yourself in a particular vibration, you are putting yourself on a specific frequency.
Do you do this when you set a goal IF you take steps to carry it out?
Is one of the ways to make it Happen to Assume it's Already happened?

Do you see it, what you are after for your goal in the Present tense and not in the future?

Does that which surrounds you need to be in harmonious vibration with you in order to work together?
Think of music.
Is harmony involved in making the magic of music work?

If you subscribe to an image that something is out of your reach or you're not going to get it, then you are on a vibration that you Won't Get It!
Brain cells deal on the Here and Now frequency or vibration! They cells do what the brain is reinforcing!
If you don't know the exact time table, but you decide it's only a period of time before you reach you're goal, then your cells will do all that is possible to make it happen.
They do what you say or decide is possible!
You Are in Control of the Vibration and Frequency!
