A red scarf almost got me in trouble

A red scarf was draped across her bare shoulders but you couldn't tell where her hair stopped and the scarf began.
The colors were a perfect match, the red flowed freely down her back. I just wanted to go up to her and touch her delicate skin but was thinking it might not be appropriate in this day and time.
Gone are the days when we could enjoy our time at work, without worrying about a call from HR. We could ask someone out and if they said no, we could go on our merry way.
Maybe she shouldn't be bare shouldered at work with a red scarf to cover her beautiful shoulders. I need to stop looking around.
