When The Three Mice Met Three Little Kittens (Freewrite Story)

This is a late entry for Sunday's prompt but has become a prequel to Monday's prompt. I will leave the link below.

Once upon a time, three mice ran up the clock. When they got bored of the bongs, they came down to the ground, where they were faced by three hungry kittens.

“Don't eat us,” said the mice.

“Don't worry,” said one of the kittens. “We have some pie. We're going to tie our mother up and take it.”

“Tie your mother up?” asked one of the mice.

“Yes, she will not let us have pie.”

“Why?” asked the mouse.

“Because we lost our mittens. That means no supper,” said the kitten.

“Why don't you all cry to her and look really upset?” suggested the mouse.

“That doesn't work, mate,” replied the kitten. “She's a stupid bitch and we've had enough. We are going to tie her up, take the pie and then run away.”

“Do you have money?” asked the mouse.

“We have everything we need,” replied the kitten.

“In that case, we will help.”

“Thank you."

That evening, the three little kittens and the three mice sneaked up on Mother Kitten. They put chloroform on her nose and she fell to the ground. They then tied her up and took the pie.

Very tasty. All that was missing was some red wine.

“There's some in the pantry,” said the mouse.

“Cheers, everyone.”

Just one last thing. Perhaps the kittens should have a little heart.

“Shall we leave a little bit for Mother Kitten?”

That is a good question.
