Three Little Kittens Tie Up Their Mother Part 3

The story so far

Mother Kitten has lost her three little kittens. When I say lost, I mean they ran away from home. They were told that they would have no pie because they lost their mittens. The kittens had had enough of this sanction. They tied up Mother Kitten, took the pie and then vanished.

Part 3

Mother Kitten has been invited to make a television appeal for her 3 little kittens to return.

The case has certainly raised a few eyebrows.

She has to think about this. She is still angry with her children.

Later that evening, the three little kittens turn on the TV. They see their mother sobbing.

“My beautiful kittens. Please come home. I love you so very much. I promise to give you pie every night. I miss you so much. I promise I will not be angry, I just want to hold you in my arms.”

“What do you think?” asked kitten one.

“Seems genuine to me,” said kitten two.

“We shall go home then. She is our mother after all. Let's get packed.”

“We should have a plan though,” said kitten two. “.....just in case.”

The doorbell rings. Mother Kitten goes to the door. She takes a deep breath.

“We have a new pizza and pie shop opening tomorrow. Here is a promo leaflet with some vouchers.”

“Thank you,’ said Mother Kitten. She closed the door and started to walk to her armchair.

The bell rang again.

“Hello Mummy. We're home.”

“Oh my beautiful kittens,” said Mother Kitten. “Please hug me.”

“We're so sorry,” said kitten one.

“I have a new bedroom for you. It is magical.”

Mother Kitten took them to a door that was never used before. She opened it. There is a spiral staircase that goes down.

“It is down there,” said Mother Kitten. “Why don't you all take a look whilst I prepare pie.”

“Oh yummy,” said kitten three.

The Three kittens started to walk down the stairs.

The next thing they hear is the sound of the door being closed and locked. It is dark.
