We are artist, baby. Day 174: 5 Minute Freewrite: Wednesday - Prompt: vandals
They like to call him a vandal, doing vandalism. But to him, it is art. It is how he expressed himself and voice out his opinions to the world. There is a painting of a man's Gucci shoe stepping on a tower of small men sonewhere near the government district, that was his work. A drawing of a bunch of kids running towards the sunset near a school, that was also his work.
Unlike other street artist who goes with the modesty trend and place their sign in a small corner barely visible, he places his liud and bold, somewhere in the drawing, molding with it but can still be seen. It is his work that he pours hours of sleepless nught on and he is proud of it.
The shound of dhuffling shoes alerted him nd he hid the spray can at once only to find another street artist walking near. He stood his ground till the other noticed him and stopped. They stares for a moment before the other walks away, understanding that this is his wall. Finding a wall to draw on is not only hard because of the risk but because a wall has to resonate in him, to have some sort of connection like as if the wall wants him to draw on it. Call him crazy, but he won't draw on a wall that seems unwilling. He is am artist, and he respect his canvases
After a day of work, literalky the whole day as I just took a ghostwriter job as a second job, writing this is just sooooo healing. It amazed me how my mind just flew off with words on this.

Well done, @fluerinna! I can imagine how free it is to write this after a full day of writing what you have to. I like how you expressed the feeling of the Artist as they searched for the perfect wall! I can just see this and I can relate. Many of them do this as pure expression.

How nice that the freewrites make you feel free. I very much feel the same way about them after a while of "have to" type writings.
