What is the freevote curation trail? Why Should you Join?

By following a curation trail you automatically upvote all posts supported by that curation trail. If you are part of the freevote curation trail you are able to get an upvote from all those who follow the trail. Absolutely Free

Many steemit users do not curate enough votes per day to maximise their curation income. Being part of this trail mean that not only will you earn Steem from upvotes on your posts but you will earn from upvoting other posts. Best part is, you don't have to do anything once you're part of the freevote trail.

Fear Not - To prevent draining our followers daily voting power, freevote will cap the number of users that it upvotes each day. Additionally users can cap their minimum voting power on steemauto so following freevote will never cause your voting power to go below the level you want.

How to join

Register your account at: https://steemauto.com/

Once signed in with your Steemit account you will be asked to authorize steemauto, this can be done with SteemConnect.

Next, Click on the Curation Trail tab

Search for: freevote

Click Follow. Once you are following you can change your voting weight, the higher it is the bigger upvotes you can get.

Comment your steemit handle in the registration channel.

If you have followed the freevote curation trail you will be given access to the freevote channel where you can post links for curation. Make sure you tag your post with freevote for visibility.

    Hello freevote! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:

    1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
    2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
    3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
    4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
