Spirit Journey: Hummingbird and the Quantum Moment
@thetreeoflife is a relatively new Steemian with a great deal of enthusiasm for yoga, breathwork, tai chi and - life! This post talks about those moments in marriages when you need a little - ahem - freedom, you know? As we do our soul searching, sometimes the answers and support comes to us in the most beautiful of ways. In this searching for space and clarity, she is surrounded by hummingbirds, who help her find calm, clarity and the ability to return home with a lightness she didn't feel before. Infinite possibilities and infinite emotional freedom, all between beats of hummingbird wings.

Surprisngly, this is the first time we have highlighted the liberty podcast, but @ashe-oro's awesome show is always worth catching. In episode 82 he talks with Derek Loudermilk, who draws on his adventures to talk about what he has learned about the challenges and benefits being an adventurer and entrapreneur. We loved hearing Derek discuss concepts like skill-stacking to be a successful adventurepreneur!

Thanks to our lovely ego, that always seems to be easier said than done. @steemityourway's post is a beautiful reminder to observe what your ego is telling you, and choose love instead!

@indigoocean's post explores the polarities that exist in all of us, and shares the true key to creating lasting peace. I love her approach of treating your polarites exclusively - it's so easy for us to fall in the trap that one is better over the other, when you couldn't possible know one without the other. She even includes a quick, profound excercise that you could do anywhere to conquer any fear, or resistance. But don't just take my word for it, go check out her post and try it out for yourself!

Hi @freedomtribe quite impressed with freedomtribe goals quite excitedly , i just hopped into your discord server.
I was bit confused on reading the dellgation #Rules.
Here on your post it mention, to delegate 10 SP to 1000SP whereas the #rules at discord say 50SP to 5000 SP. Which one is updated and what is correct?

Glad to hear it @steemflow! We are actually just now making an update to the Rules. The new minimum will be 50 starting tomorrow, but people will be able to sponsor smaller accounts with part of their delegation. Sorry for the confusion the change has already been made in the discord.
Okay..got it..seems there are many changes to be done at discord. Found another one with curation percentage......so basically i need to delegate and then join the curation to get access for join in @freedomtribe server...correct?

Also @freedomtribe , here the post says "join the curation at any %".... Whereas the #Rules at discord say minimum 10%....i got totally. Confused with so many doubtful points
