El colocarse supuestamente del lado de los autores y de sus derechos como tales, esto se vuelve bandera de este bando estatista, y en especifico, me refiero a una de las recientes acciones del congreso de la Unión Europea aprobando una nueva Ley de Derechos de Autor que pretende en el papel defender a los autores de lo que ellos llaman medios “transfronterizos”, que serian Google, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, etc. proponiendo una paga “equitativa” por ley dentro del territorio europeo a todos los contenidos “protegidos” por derechos de autor a los medios en que estos aparezcan de manera implícita o de forma casual en estos. Abrogándose como promovedor de garantías para el correcto desarrollo del mercado de contenidos.

La idea es pasar la papa calienta a otras manos, me explico, antes los productores de contenido eran los encargados de defender sus obras, y sus respectivos derechos de autor, es más, si así lo consideraban pertinente, o sea a algunos les molestaban y a otros no, todo dentro de la normalidad que la libertad limitada propone en este caso, pero ahora con esta nueva ley, los medios son los encargados de hacer cumplir esta dentro de sus respectivas plataformas tecnológicas, evidentemente para comenzar es una imposición de autocensura, por lo cual si se permite, mucho contenido va a desaparecer, por ejemplo estaría afectando fuertemente a las plataformas de video o las de microblogging, entre otras. Estaría truncándose de manera definitiva un gran mercado en ascenso, desde un territorio importante que parece haber olvidado que pertenece a la cultura occidental.
