Beer Tanks Framed by the Building Structure - Framed Photo Fun Contest
I took this photo in 2011 at Bridgeport Brewing in Portland, OR. We were on a tour for the Beer Bloggers Conference and I took this photo (and many others). These are fermentation tanks found, I believe, in the basement. These are, obviously, the style of tanks that lay flat instead of upright. This can sometimes change the flavor of the beer because there is less weight/pressure throughout the vessel.
I chose this photo for the Photo Fun Contest, the theme this week is "framed." The tanks are framed by various elements of the building architecture as well as the floor. I used a wide angle lens to capture this photo.
