After days and days of relentless efforts, the results start to surface as we have an interesting update to announce. The excavation was located in the deep memory banks of a Core2Duo Pentium, and took several thousands of seconds to complete. The leader of the expedition, a steemian named @nyarlathotep, also known as the One With the 1000 Masks, was the mastermind of this endeavor. When approached, the seclusive fractalist had a few words to share:
Below, we showcase some the discoveries of prof.nyarlathotep, whose vanity was big enough to give names to each fossil trying to secure their place in the scientific pantheon.

lol you (or probably someone else) did that with a paint brush. But good work anyway.
Thanks! I used an application named JWildFire, and rendered some fractals on top of photo backgrounds. Photos are free-for-commercial use (as described here by @mobbs), and fractals are made by myself. You can see some older posts in my blog for details.
Wow! And you named them :). Awesome discoveries!
Thanks, naming is shaming in this case! But I cannot never ever find good titles for my fractals. If only they had a voice, they would complain with all their power...
Actually, I love the names :). Good luck with your research!
Nice of you to support such a amateurish name-giving! Maybe you can name one, like a fractal godfather/mother. My research & explorations continued in the icy regions of the South Pole, and soon a report will be available here...
These are awesome :) Trilobus Oculus and Paradoxides Futilus totally look like they could be real critters from the Burgess shale.
