Force India face administration
India’s fugitive offender Vijay Mallya was once the darling of the sports world. He owned the Royal Challengers Bengaluru team in the Indian Premier League. During his good times he owned the Force India team. But sadly the team have been placed into administration following a court hearing in London.
Force India will continue to take part at this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix, the final round before the Formula One summer break.
It is understood that Company owes mexican driver Sergio Perez more than £3 million in sponsorship deals, while the team's engine supplier Mercedes is indebted for close to £11.5million.
Vijay Mallya owns significant amounts to Indian banks and have been sheltered by United Kingdom.
@coffeelovers there is no doubt that Mallya owns huge amount of money to India and its citizens. But i am surprised to understand that he duped the people of United Kingdom. He was sheltered by United Kingdom, atleast he should have spared them.

Finally, he lost his credebility, business but he is heard to be marrying yet another girl in UK inspite of getting bankrupt. All his lavish lifestyles have lead to his downfall in business. But the common man feels the shame, shrewd businessman never feels the heat

Hi @coffeelovers yes Mallya owe a huge amount of Indian banks and hope govt will take the action against him so that he pays it off. By the way watching car racing is fun always.
