Greetings fellow food lovers 😋
Today I wish to share my Forbidden fruit cake recipe.

I made the crust with following ingredients:
5 eggs
50 g of sugar
a pinch of salt
250 g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 dl of water
1 dl of sunflower oil
3 tablespoons of unsweetened raw cacao

I whipped eggs with salt and sugar. I sipped flour and mix it with baking powder. Spoon by spoon I started adding water, oil, and flour to my whipped egg mixture and whisk it. Then I added cacao and whisk it again.

For cream, I used:
200 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
125 grams cream peanut butter, room temperature
300 grams powdered sugar
0/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup heavy cream (or whipping cream)
2 tsp pasteurized egg whites

Whip butter, add powdered sugar and whip again, slowly add heavy cream and whip again. Add egg whites and whip on low speed until the ingredients gets fully incorporated.

And I also used 300 grams of dark chocolate and colored apple for decoration.

Though I meant everything I said, please understand we can’t enter this as a contender in this weeks competition as it was posted prior to Friday. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I saw the #fff tag but I missed the day.

We’re pretty lenient about post Friday as there’s many time zones and Saturday entries, even an occasional early Sunday entry make it into the contender post that’s posted on Sunday evening but anything prior to Friday just makes it too difficult to keep track of.
