A MEAN BEAN BUNNY

Wazzup foodfightfriday fam, it's curry Friday and I'm making a bunny chow. I couldn't get a full loaf of bread at the shop, they where all sliced, quite wierd. I remember when you wanted sliced bread you had to put it in the machine at the shop, either I am old or just from a 3rd world country. I made a wholewheat seed bread which was not too difficult and it tasted quite awesome and the bean curry was legit, really got the sinuses working OT.

My dough

500g flour half seed flour and other half holemeal
1 tablespoon dried yeast
1 teaspoon dark sugar
3 tablespoons oil
250g warm water

I just made a simple but hot bean curry, first I sautéed onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and bay leaves

Then I make a curry paste, with ground cinnamon, turmeric, gram masala, hot curry powder, mix masala and salt

Some tomatoes and water

Beans

And potatoes

After an hour, all is good in the world, because there will be a bean bunny and beer.
