Ooo exciting!! Me and my son love cooking especially italian he suffers from CSID a rare genetic condition which means we have to adapt his diet and cook everthing from fresh! These challenges are making for an exciting bordom busting summer holidays here in the uk!
Then you have a food challenge every day! You and your son must be really good at cooking fresh food. Tell your son that we really want to see his favorite italian dish!

This is a cool idea, unfortunately I was not able to partecipate to the Breakfast challenge but I think I will find the time to partecipate to this one!
BTW I am italian and, just to give an advice to all people here, pasta must be cooked separately (not together with other ingredients as I saw) and must be "al dente" (usually takes 10 minutes for spaghetti).
