raspberry ice cream (try making them yourself won't be disappointed)

Ice cream - one of the favorite desserts, not only among children but also adults. Have you ever tried a tasty and healthy ice cream to cook at home? It turns out, it's quite straightforward. You only need a few ingredients, freezers and a bit of patience until they are as still and will be ready to eat!

300 g raspberry
450 g low-fat natural yogurt
banana
50 g of honey
Wooden sticks and ice cream molds

Raspberries washed and leave to dry. Yogurt mixed with chopped banana and mash until smooth. Raspberries mixed with honey and boiled until boiling. Then reduce heat and stew for 5 minutes. Then strain the syrup through a fine sieve. Raspberries over the same sieve mash - discard the seeds and pulp packed in syrup. Leave for about 30 minutes to cool. After that, mixed with yogurt and mass transfer to a container for freezing. Frozen for about 5 hours. every hour during removal and mass trituration. Last crushing pour the mixture into ice cream molds, insert wooden sticks and leave in the freezer to re-set.
