It's time for "Yotaro's Food Travel Report"! !
In this report, I will talk about fish market and morning sushi! !
1.Fish market (Omi-machi market)
On the fish market, I went on the last day of Hokuriku visit!
I went from early in the morning, and after all it was lively! !
On the market, there were plenty of local fish sold!
Although it is still early in the season, there were also crabs! !
First time to see, there are fish, so it has become a great learning experience!
Because it is in the city area of Kanazawa, it is very attractive that fresh fish is easily obtained!
The level of restaurant in Kanazawa was very high, and I felt that one of the reasons was understood! !
2.Morimori sushi
After having gone through the fish market, I had breakfast sushi and ate breakfast!
What I visited was "Morimori Sushi" in the fresh fish floor! !
This will be a local conveyor belt sushi shop!
It will be a chain store, but its level was expensive! !
First of all, because the location is in the market no matter what, freshness of fish is outstanding!
Also, I was able to experience many sushi using local unique fish, unique to Kanazawa! !
This can not be tasted like in Tokyo!
Especially, the sushi which was interesting was squid!
As it was fresh, the texture was very interesting and it was a comment that "this squid was there"! !
It was the last sushi of this Hokuriku visit, and I learned a lot!

このレポートでは、鮮魚市場と、朝のお寿司の話になります！！
１．鮮魚市場(近江町市場)
鮮魚市場には、北陸訪問の、最終日に行きました！
朝早くから行きましたが、やっぱり活気がありましたね！！
市場では、地元の魚が、沢山売られていました！
季節には、まだ早いですが、カニも置いてありましたね！！
初めて見る、魚もあり、とても勉強になりました！
金沢の市街地の中にあるので、新鮮な魚が簡単に手に入るのは、とても魅力的ですね！
金沢の飲食店のレベルはとても高かったですが、その理由の一つが、分かった気がしました！！
２．もりもり寿司
市場を一通り回った後に、回転寿司で、朝ごはんを食べました！
訪問したのは、鮮魚場内にある「もりもり寿司」です！！
こちらは、地元の回転寿司のお店になります！
チェーン店になりますが、そのレベルは、高かったですね！！
まず、何といっても、市場内の立地なので、魚の鮮度が、抜群です！
また、金沢ならではの、地元独特の魚を使った、お寿司が数多く体験できました！！
これは、東京とかでは、中々味わえないですね！
特に、面白かったお寿司は、イカでしたね！
新鮮なので、とても食感が面白く「こんなイカが、あったのか！」という感想でした！！
今回の北陸訪問の最後のお寿司でしたが、とても勉強になりました！

@ytrphoto, In my opinion the tour of market always give the awesome essence because people come in numbers and we can hear the sounds of prices.
And most importantly we get more amazing stuff at markets and we can see some unique stuff too.
And pictures are saying that this Fish Market have different fishes and other stuff and hope that you've enjoyed the market exploration.
