Easy spaghetti and red sauce
I love all types of pasta. I'm always trying out new recipes. I had spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce for lunch today. It was absolutely delicious and took almost no time time to make. Its simple, quick, easy and really good! I will be sharing the recipe below:
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Tinned tomatoes
- Oil
- Garlic (crushed)
- Green chili (crushed)
- Salt and sugar
- Chopped green peppers (optional)
- Fresh basil to garnish
Boil the spaghetti. In a pot put oil crushed garlic, crushed green chili and little blocks of cut green peppers. Let it cook for a bit. Blend a tin of tomatoes and then add that into the pot. Add some salt and sugar. Cook it for a bit and then mix it into the spaghetti. Add some fresh basil. Enjoy.
It is simple and convenient to make for a week night dinner after work because it does not require much time. And its really delicious.
