Christmas preparation gets stressful if you procrastinate in buying gifts and ingredients for your recipes only a few days before the Christmas Eve. Malls could be filled with busy shopppers and long lines at the cashier are expected.
On the 23rd of December, my mom gave me a long list of grocery items to buy. Thankfully, the grocery nearby still doesn't have much panic buyers. Before doing the shopping, we didn't miss roaming around with an empty stomach.
We had first our lunch at Byron's Back Ribs Grille located at the Verandah of Robinsons Galleria Cebu. This resto is a local of Bacolod that has already reached Cebu.

We ordered a rice meal of their specialty back ribs for Php150. You can choose from their classic or spicy sauce and can even have more sauce with just Php15.

Their ribs have really rich flavor similar to that of a barbeque. It has a sweet and salty that Filipinos will surely love! As I was eating, I kept on saying to myself it really tasted good. 🍖👌

The place was kinda small but there are tables and chairs outside that can still accommodate customers.
