Poulet Demi-Deuil

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, rosemary, and pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the white wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken with the sauce. Enjoy!
