I'm sure i'm late to the party and I haven't bothered to read the comments yet before giving my suggestion hoping it isn't already taken but I would love to see how you would piece together a masterfully done mega dessert, one of my favorites, the infamous Coffee Crumble Cake. and if you don't make that, then my second and third suggestion would be a Jambalaya or Gumbo with a mixture of culture and meats. We will see what you bring, and if you do make one, I'm keeping my eyes peeled.
